The Skin Surgery Centers were founded in 1992 by E. Craig Raby MD, FACS.  Dr. Raby is a board certified Head and Neck /Facial Plastic Surgeon . The Skin Surgery Centers are devoted to diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant skin growths and cosmetic dermalogic procedures.

From 1977 to 1992 he practiced Ololaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery with an emphasis on Head Neck Cancer surgery, Thyroid surgery, Facial trauma and Reconstuction, Cosmetic Facial Plastic surgery. Included this was chemical peels, face lifts,dermabrasion, reconstructive ear and nasal surgery, along with many skin cancer surgeries with reconstruction.

In 1992 he decided to limit his his practioe the removal of skin tumors and reconstruction following the removals. As the practice evolved, new technologies were incorporated such as liposuction, glycolic peels, botox therapy, injectable fillers and micro-dermabrasion. At this same time,the internet was evolving, and Dr. Raby was a pioneer in on-line skincare product retailing,establishing BeautiCreams, inc. (www.beauticreams.com).  Initially the only product was a AHA(glyolic acid) cream, but as the the field of cosmoceuticals evolved, new products based on newer AHA formulations began appearing. Then products based on Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Niacin, growth hormones, and botanicals products exploded on the market (with more in process of evaluation), the number of inidividual products  soared to over 800 in inventory. Although BeautiCreams is now a separate corporation, Dr. Raby  remains an active participant as the medical advisor.
